🐝 Bees, Butterflies & Seed Bombs

June 14 @ 1:00 pm - 2:30 pm
$10.00

Want more butterflies, bees, and beautiful wildflowers in your yard—but don’t consider yourself a gardener?

Join Food Shed Co-op Board Member and native plant expert Caron Wenzel of Blazing Star Nursery for a fun, hands-on workshop creating native wildflower seed bombs.

These simple little balls contain native seeds, soil, and nutrients that help support pollinators while making gardening easy. Simply drop them into a flower bed, pot, or patch of bare soil and let nature do the rest.

Along the way, you’ll learn why native plants matter, how they support local ecosystems, and simple ways anyone can help create habitat for bees, butterflies, and other beneficial insects.

Leave with your own handmade seed bombs and the knowledge to help grow a healthier, more beautiful landscape.

No gardening experience required. Dirty hands encouraged.
