Join us as we cheer on the runners and walkers at the Care4 Breast Cancer 5K, a community event filled with celebration, inspiration and hope—all while making a meaningful impact right here in McHenry County.

Funds raised through the Care4 Breast Cancer 5K support Family Health Partnership Clinic and its mission to provide health care to uninsured adults in McHenry County. Proceeds help provide breast cancer screenings, early diagnosis, preventive care and breast health education to neighbors who might otherwise go without these important services.
