Hatch Chile Roasting

Join us on August 10th and 11th from 12 pm to 4 pm for a special Hatch Chile Roasting Extravaganza! Enjoy the distinct, sweet, smoky aroma as we fire up the roaster—a large steel cylinder cage rotating over an open flame. In just a few minutes, the tough skin of the Hatch Chile pepper is charred, and the inside meat is roasted to perfection. These Chile peppers are perfect for burritos, enchiladas, green chile stew, cheeseburgers, Chile rellenos, and more! We will have raw and roasted hatch chiles available for sale. Purchase a case of these peppers and enjoy complimentary roasting!

We’ll be serving delicious southwest burgers with Hatch Chile jam on Saturday and will have fresh corn with live music on Sunday! While your peppers are roasting, come inside to take advantage of our special weekend-only sales. We will also have a selection of featured Hatch Chile products available for purchase!
