In his presentation\, “The Food System We Built – and the One We Need\,” Scott will explore how today’s global food system impacts our environment—and how local\, regenerative solutions can help us build something better. \nThis event goes beyond the lecture. Meet three local McHenry County farms leading the way in regenerative agriculture: Broadview Farm and Gardens (Marengo)\, Wanda Farms (Harvard)\, and Tribe Country Farms (Woodstock).
